Why does Visio Webapp hang by displaying Operation in Progress?

Hi,

I use Visio on web ( no choice as I use Mac). I'm unable to use cross functional flow charts as Visio hangs when I click on title bar to add the title by displaying Operation in Progress. This happens even for Simple flow charts when I click on an element to add the text. What is the problem? Or am I doing anything wrong??

Before this problem occurred, did the Mac OS or other software have been updated?
I test on my environment, this issue is not reproduced, I could enter the words as a title.

I personally suggest you change the browser to have a test. If the browser has any plug-in installed, it is recommended to delete it temporarily.
You may also check the internet connection.
