Obtener certificación en fisico de Microsoft Office

Buenos días. Adquirí una certificación de Microsoft Office Specialist la cual puedo ver desde mi dashboard y la tengo en PDF, sin embargo quisiera saber como puedo hacer para obtener el documento en físico ya que en algunos trabajos me ha sido solicitada, tengo una compañera que realizo el examen sobre las mismas fechas que yo y a ella le llegó su certificado a la casa.
