Scheduling Exam For AZ-900 Issues

I have tried to schedule this exam since June 30th. Each time I have ran into an issue. Will someone please provide me a solution? The error in the URL and page are as follows:

"https://examregistration.microsoft.com/error?s=ERROR_CANDIDATE_NOT_FOUND

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum"

I have tried to use Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. Regardless of which browser I choose, I keep coming up with the same error message. Help me please!!!!!!

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
