BizTalk2020 WCF-OracleDB adapter issue

BizTalk 2020 WCF-Oracle DB adapter error, Installed Oracle 18.2 64bit ODAP and Gac'd the dll using OraProvCfg /action:gac /providerpath:Oracle.DataAccess.dll. Updated the Machine Config to point to the new version. Still getting same error.
I have tried with 19.1 and 12.2 clients , I also got the same error. Is there any documentation on the procedure to install oracle client and ODP.net on BizTalk Server 2020?

Colin Dijkgraaf 1,601 Reputation points2021-07-22T21:05:31.747+00:00 Did you install both the 32 and 64 bit versions? The BizTalk Admin console requires the 32 bit. Did you do an assembly redirect in the both 64 and 32 bit machine.config files?
