how do i wipe email exchange in outlook 2016? If my laptop is lost or stolen, how does the admin delete the email data that is already on the laptop?
I only found wipe handphone in the admin exchange menu.

Remote wipe works on Active Sync protocol on Mobile devices only. Laptops can't be wiped by remote wipe. Change password/disable the email account immediately so that the new emails will not be arrived in the device.
thats right. how to make the data on the laptop can not be read by others? or another way to delete an existing email?
This has to be planned in advance like enabling Bitlocker kind of solutions. Whoever gets the laptop can't have access to the data (pst, ost etc.) saved in the device

I couldn't agree more. In order to protect your personal privacy security, changing your password as soon as possible is a must and the most effective way. However, for those emails which had already been cached locally on the laptop, I'm afraid that we can not make any operations to them.
