Hi,

I've got a complex request:
When a user create a meeting to other user, the meeting should be automatically accepted ONLY if the slot is free. If the slot is full, it shouldn't be accepted.

Is it possible ?

Thanks

    Hi ZhengqiLou,

    Thanks for your reply.
I forget to mention that this is for exchange online office 365.

Do you mean you want the attendants to accept the meeting request automatically?
Yes, and Auto decline if the meeting has a complicit with an existing appointment.

    Hi @M Indra Ruslan ,

Do you mean you want the attendants to accept the meeting request automatically?

If so, you could use the Outlook client, File > Options > Calendar > Automatic accept or decline:

    And it has three options:

For the Exchange server itself, you could use Set-CalendarProcessing -AutomateProcessing to handle the meeting processes of resource mailboxes (Room and equipment mailboxes). But there is no such options for the normal mailboxes (Uses, Shared mailboxes and Groups)

    Best regards,
    Lou
