    Hi @Ewa Dębska ,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

May I know if this error has any influence on your sending/receiving email messages via Outlook desktop client?

Usually, for similar issues, it is suggested for you to firstly check the "Sync Issues" folder and all its subfolders via Outlook folder view like below, empty the "Sync Issues" folder and all its subfolders, then manually click the "Send/Receive all folders" option to sync with your mail server and see if the issue would have any difference.

If the issue still continues, from the perspective of the Outlook client, creating and using a new Outlook profile via Control Panel > Mail > Show profile should be able to fix this issue in most cases, please give it a shot and see if your issue could be resolved.

    Hope these could help.
