35 passwords import limit

I wanted to import my passwords from Bitwarden over to Microsoft Authenticator. I exported passwords into CSV and then imported. Problem was it imported only 35 passwords and I know I have a lot more passwords actually exported from my bitwarden account.

So as an alternative I tryed to import passwords into Edge because these 2 are synced under 1 account but import failed.

Is there really some kind of limit on importing passwords?
