Odd Edge browser behaviour inside VM

Hey guys, I am going mad at this!
For some reason I cannot get facebook.com or business.facebook.com to accept cookies on Edger or Chrome inside a Windows 10 VM hosted in Azure! Does anyone have any idea at all?
I have a fresh install of W10, tried 20h2, 21h1 Pro & Enterprise. As soon as instance is deployed, load Edge & then go to Facebook.com. You will be asked to accept cookies, however no matter what you do you just repeatedly get asked & cannot log in at all.
Please help! I am trying to create a VM for me to use as a production machine, I often have to whip out the laptop etc for meetings but often I have a PC available too, would be amazing to just remote onto the VM and have access to my actual machine all over the world!

2021-07-23T15:33:39.753+00:00 There is no error message as such. Just the cookie prompt keeps coming back. After a few clicks I get blocked by Facebook too.
Yes to the latest version of edge & chrome.
Hoping someone with a VM in azure can try and see what they get too?

edge://settings/content/cookies. Whether the optionallow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)was enabled and the optionblock third party cookieswas disabled? Is the Facebook website on the blocked list? You can try to add the FaceBook website to the allow list. -

As mentioned, this issue is only with a VM Windows 10 running in Azure, I have not noticed it anywhere else.
