Based on the log, please have a quick check at the following.

- Open Edge > click the three dots at the right top to open More actions > Settings.
- At Advanced settings, click View advanced settings.
- Scroll down to Cookies section, check which option you currently choose.
Make sure or change it to Don't block cookies. Restart Edge and try access Office 365.

Try accessing Office 365 through SharePoint Online, such as, at https://organization.sharepoint.com.
