Extremely reboot times on KB5004238

No errors in the CBS log.

I get to this point and just wait ( 1 to 3 hours )

2021-07-23 19:46:31, Info CBS Ending TiWorker finalization.

    If you have waited for 3 hours, force shutdown computer and reboot to check result.
    If computer cannot boot, enter WinRE to uninstall KB5004238 or restore system, restart computer.
    If computer boot normally, update should install successfully, you could use Windows performance Toolkit to capture boot trace for deep research, note disable unnecessary startup items in task manager.
