Quarantine emails notices

The quarantine emails going into the spam folder sends out a notification the next day. I have many emails coming in and missing some good ones that are quarantined. I would like to get notified immediately when these are flagged to quarantine.

Is there something I can do? A transport rule? client rule?

I have read document https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/configure-your-spam-filter-policies?view=o365-worldwide#configure-end-user-spam-notifications

but it is not very helpful

    Spam quarantine notice sends a minimum of 1 day and less frequency is not allowed. I guess, you may setup a transport rule as follows
