Chome is not launching in Windows 10

Hi All

I'm unable to launch Chrome in my Desktop. When I try open Chrome's Incognito Mode, I dont face any issue but when I just click on my Quick Launch Icon, nothing happens. I have already tried uninstalling and resinstalling it. Cleared Browsing Cache etc. But not luck.

It opens only once when it's reinstalled and then it doesn't open.

Please help.
