AADSTS50020: User account 'xxxxxxxxxxxxx@outlook.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist

Question

I attended the training after registering from my office email and when I try to book my exam by linking my office email to my outlook.com domain email I am getting below error.

AADSTS50020: User account 'xxxxxxxxxxxxx@harsh.com .com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'b9c392b1-7049-4d6c-86bf-9bb91214900d'(Microsoft Learning Identity Service) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

Flag sign-in errors for review: Enable flagging

I deleted cache and used other browser and tried in new cognito window in chrome but nothing helped. Tomorrow is my last date to appear for exam. Please do the needful.
Which domain do i need to add in active directory my office domain or outlook.com?
