Hello,
I lost access to the device that had the authenticator app configured for the admin account of our organisation.
My password is working but I'm unable to get past the verification process. I tried to use the 'Can’t access your account?' option to get access to the admin account but the page crashes when I request a phone call to the registered office number.
How do I get access to the admin account?
