Visual studio not launching

hello so firstly i'd like to apologize for my bad english but here im facing a problem that i couldnt fix which is microsoft visual studio (latest) not launching
as soon as i downloaded it from the website and i try to install it it would open a tab then instantly close and i tried googling fixing methods but none of them work i hope you can help me

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

    Please update your operating system and install the latest version of .NET Framework, you can click this link to download.

    Please try to delete the Visual Studio Installer directory, its path is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer.

    Then click this link to download the latest Visual Studio Installer, and then try to run the program (run as administrator).
