Edgehtml standalone plus sourcecode

Question

I need a meeting with a microsoft edge developer to talk about open-sourcing edgehtml, as well as creating an embedded version of legacy edge. I was hoping to use the legacy edge to render a specific set of sites on windows 10 IOT core, and the legacy edge has better performance for intranet sites. I was also wondering if I could have a public copy of the legacy edge source code, as well as a standalone installer, so that I could render these sites without vmware or another virtual machine.
