change default org chart shape (height, width, font size)

Some time ago, I used Visio2007 to make some org charts. Now using Visio2010.

I recall in 2007 there was some way to reset the default shapes for org charts, so that it went ahead and affected all boxes on the page (and IIRC, hidden subordinates, so when expanded they all used the same format)

I just created an org chart and will probably be doing more. I changed the settings manually, which was not ideal. Can anyone point me to where to change the default shape settings in 2010?

Thank you

    Start an org-chart then menu

Org Chart -> Display Options -> Options

and set the required width and height

and if required select the "Use these option settings for new organisation charts"
