About Pre-install Azure Dev Tools for Teaching (Visio/Project/Visual Studio community) in Computer Lab

Question

Hi,

In last academic year, we use imagine license in our 5 computer labs and library (staff and student only) to student for their project and teaching purpose.

As requested by the program leader, we change to apply Azure Dev Tools for Teaching.
I have some question(s) for the Azure licensing. Would you please answer them?

Can we pre-install the software in the campus computer(lab and library)?
