Microsoft Learn - Unable to Launch Sandbox for Azure

Hi Team,

I already tried reporting my issue via the FAQ last time but until now the issue persists.

I also contacted Azure Support on Twitter and they suggested checking the following links:

Unfortunately, these guides were not able to solve the problem so they routed me here.

I hope you can help me fix it. My colleagues who are using their personal Gmail accounts can launch the sandbox without issues so I'm wondering if there's a problem when using my personal outlook account.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with course issues in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
