App Service Environment v3 Access Restrictions not working?

I have an App Service running within an App Service Environment v3. When I add Access Restriction rules (under Networking), these rules are not working.
I tested the rules with a "normal" App Service, where the restrictions are successfully applied. Am I missing something?

The app is still accessible from the public internet.

    Hello SnehaAgrawal-MSFT,

    thanks for your input, I know about the IP address rules. In the meantime, the support team confirmed a bug in the ASE access restrictions and I raised a bug report.
    A fix is on the way and will be deployed with the next release.

    This question can be seen as resolved and may remain here as info for others.
