How can I know which services are used by azure firewall in my resources or which resources are covereed by my firewall ?

My azure billing is coming too high and need to know which resources of my portal are using the firewall

Unfortunately there is not a way in the portal to see what resources are using your Firewall.

Azure Firewall is a device that sits in your Azure VNET, and outbound traffic is directed to it typically through a user defined route. Inbound traffic can also be done through the Azure Firewall.

If you would like to see what resources are using it, I would check with whoever set up your Azure VNET and firewall. Typically subnets are configured with routes to direct traffic to the Azure Firewall, so you can get a list of Subnets configured to use the firewall, and then get a list of devices in those VNETS.
