Hi, I Can't open any of my internal hyperlinks in Excel 2010. (This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.)

Specifically, I am wanting to create an index sheet which links to the other sheets in the workbook, but can't follow the hyperlinks. The link I am trying to create specifically to other sheets looks like this as an example:

Page 3, Shelving'!A3

I am not trying to open hyperlinks in the internet, and I don't use Outlook, and the previous suggestion I got is this following link:

The above link seems to do with email hyperlinks, which has nothing to do with my problem as far as I can see, and I am not even using Outlook, I am using Excel 2010. So this link for the solution seems not to be the answer.

Am not very savvy fixing this type of stuff, but would like to get this resolved, as I need that index sheet to work.
