immediate email notice of quarantined emails office 365

Is there a way to get immediate email notice of quarantined emails office 365 for all users? Or at least a rule or something to let the end user to have immediate email notice of quarantined emails? Reason is company is loosing critical, time sensitive, communication when outside emails go to quarantine.
Notices come in a day after and not right away.

    No there isnt.

    You have two options:

    1. Inform users to logon and stay logged on to their EOP quarantine
    2. Change the anti-spam options to deliver to the junk mail folder instead of the quarantine https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/configure-your-spam-filter-policies?view=o365-worldwide
