Teams Licensing not working

We are testing Teams out at the moment and when ready roll out to staff.  The problem I have come accross to start is two of the users who I have given licenses to cant login to Teams, it keeps telling them they are missing out.  One of those users though has used teams before and it worked fine.

I have been using teams for a while and I too am getting licsence errors occasionally now on different machines.

Has any one any ideas.  I dont really want to roll out to find people cant login.

    Hi Phil,

To assist you more efficiently, please help us confirm the following first:

    1. Where did you try to login to? The Teams website or the Teams desktop app?
    2. Screenshots of missing out and license errors.
    3. Which Office 365 subscription do you use?

    Thanks,

    Lance

The users have tried it both in the App and on the website.

We are using Office 365 A1 Plus for Faculty.  It works for some people with the same settings, but we want to find out why this is happening before opening it up to all staff.

    Hi Phil,

For the full Microsoft Teams experience, every user should be enabled for Exchange Online and SharePoint Online. Please confirm if you have already assigned the two licenses to these users when trying to access the Microsoft Teams.

    Thanks,

    Lance

    Hi Phil,

You may try the following to check if the issue can be fixed.

    1. Switch another browser or use private/incognito mode.
    2. Clear the credential cache in browser.
    3. Remove the Teams license and re-add it.
    4. Change to another network connection.

    Thanks,

    Lance
