Data Flows and Headers Issue......urgent for UAT

I have a question. I need to add a header to a csv file (a header above the column headers). Can someone tell me what goes in the headers box shown below? Is this for a header like I am needing? I have googled and found nothing on this headers box.

Hover on the info bubble next to the Headers field to get a tooltip. That Headers field will add lines at the top of your output file that are unrelated to the column headers.
