I was installing the latest updates and I am getting the error: "Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80240017" on both
2021-07 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2019 (1809) for x64-based Systems (KB5004244)
and
2021-07 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.7.2 and 4.8 for Windows Server 2019 for x64 (KB5004414)
How do I resolve this?
I was able to download and install KB5004414 manually, but KB5004244 sat it is not compatible with this computer.

but KB5004244 sat it is not compatible with this computer.
I'd check the prerequisite SSU has been installed.
