How to get files to launch at startup for a single user with FSLogix

I am running FSLogix as a functional replacement for Persona profile redirection. In Persona I was able to have a 'Startup' folder at the root of the user profile, and any files placed here would launch at login/startup. How do I do this with FSLogix?

    Hi,
To verify if the FSLogix has been enabled successfully or not is to check if there are two folders listed under user path after log into the session.
User account folder and the Local_user account folder.

Per checking my testing VM, I could only find the startup path in first folder but not Local_useraccout one.

Note: the login account in test is "itaccount" which has both user folder:itaccount and Local_itaccount
