Hi @PeterHotmail ,
I think the easiest way is to create a support request.

Hi there,
I have a rather strange problem in my "free trial" Azure AD instance . As this is the trial version, I don't have the ability to create a Technical Support request, and the resource in the chat pointed me here.
The Problem
I have worked for a number of organizations and have had a number of "Microsoft Accounts". When I recently setup my Azure trial subscription linked to my @Karima ben .com account, I discovered that the only Azure AD Global Administrator setup was an old Microsoft account from a previous employer (a different domain name and an account which I no longer have). I cannot login as this old account, and as such, I seem to be locked out of administering my Azure AD instance altogether. I can't reach out to the company as I haven't worked there in over 3 years and I am sure this account has been removed by them a long time ago.
So, how can I change a Global Administrator who is (technically) me, to a different account. I would be willing to completely start over, but I don't even know how to do that.
Thank you for reading this far...and possibly helping with this issue.
