Adding transitions/animations between multiple pictures on one ppt slide.

I am using office 365, PowerPoint 2016 on a Windows 10 Desktop.

I have a blank slide on which I've placed multiple pictures. I followed the directions on the Microsoft web page and used the "control click" option to select all the pictures and then insert them in the slide.

I have them all there, but I can't find any references on how to move [either transition or animation] between each of the images.

I want one picture on the slide then transition to the second, and so on.  I want one image on the screen at a time. Any idea/instructions on how I can achieve my end product?

Thanks

Mark

Here is Microsoft's page about Animations, which is what you want to apply to your pictures. You'll want an Entrance and Exit animation for each object, with each set to Start on Click (if you want to control the appearance manually) or Start After Previous (if you want to set up a timed sequence that runs on its own).
