Unable to access Microsoft Certification

Hi there.

I have a problem.
I tried to 'View Certificates' and 'View transcript' via Learn Dashboard, however, when I clicked I only can see a blank page.
And also didn't receive Microsoft Certification in my email, even I wait more than a month.
Please check the detail and send me it.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
