Im running iMac Catalina and need to restore my customized ribbon and toolbar in my preferences from my previous iMac.

Where are the files listed and what are they called?

    Look for the .OfficeUI or .CustomUI files in \AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\
    or on mac possibly in (example) Library\Containers\com.microsoft.Word\Data\Library\Preferences
