Disable Inbox Subfolder Auto Expansion Outlook OWA

In a recent update, Outlook OWA changed the settings so that now any time you move an email over a parent folder, every subfolder opens instantaneously. This is creating absolute chaos for me as I have about 400 subfolders I utilize.
Other users have experienced the same issue (see @WilliamM 's post at the like below)
Is there any way to disable this?

Welcome to our forum.
Based on my research and tests, there may be no option that could change it in owa, I think it is designed to locate the specific folder precisely when we dragging the messages.
If you don't like it, as a workaround, we could try to move the message via right-click the message or work with "Move to" Option like below.
