Recovery of Authenticator

I lost my all accounts in Authenticator. I remember I used Backup but still not showing any account I just put every account from Google Authenticator to Microsoft Authenticator because you have backup option. Then I reset my phone and now my all accounts are lost

You can restore from a backup. If you're recovering your personal Microsoft account, you must make sure you don't have a personal Microsoft account already set up in the authenticator app.

I reinstalled the app. Now I went to recovery from backup then sign in to my account. It showed accounts are recovered from your back up but still its empty

I set up all my accounts before resetting my phone and I make sure that I toggled on my backup option. then I reset my phone, installed Authenticator, and signed in with an account I used for backup. It showed a notification to restoring a backup file after a sec it showed backup is restored but nothing happened. Then I tried the thing is written in the link you shared that I reinstalled an app then before login I selected "Restore from backup" option then login with my account something happened and nothing restored. Tell me what should I do. Where can I find backup files? where is the history of backup files? I setup many accounts and almost all are locked up. I tried everything which written in your forums and followed every steps but still nothing happened.
