You might be able to right click on the file Icon and find previous versions.

Hi Deborah,

If you save your PowerPoint files in online storages like OneDrive for Business, you can check the previous version and decide which version you want to restore.

If you save it in local drive, you may also check the steps below.

  1. If your PowerPoint has AutoRecover is enabled, you can go to the AutoRecover file location to check if there exists. Refer to this article.

Note: AutoRecover version will be deleted once PowerPoint is closed normally.

  1. Check any possible location you have the file saved before.
