Regarding exam AZ-900

I was trying to register for my exam after attending the Fundamental class of AZ-900, but it keep on getting error and ask me to contact the support team. When I tried signing in with Academic Verification, it constantly shows me an error. Also I have not received any email for the exam discount so far
