Problem solved. Image was tagged incorrectly. Mea culpa!
I can no longer push docker images to my Azure Container Registry and get dial tcp timeout error

I get the error: dial tcp: lookup timeout.
It was working until yesterday with occasional timeout errors but is now not working at all. I have run all the ACR health check diagnostics, and everything comes back clean.
I have 2 ACR registries. The other one is working fine. So I do not thing it's a local network issue.
