Hi,
There are several ways to transfer your old computer’s files, apps, and settings to your new PC. The best and easiest way is to use a cloud storage service as the waystation, like OneDrive.
First of all, you can use the sync settings on Windows 10 devices, when Sync settings is turned on, Windows syncs the settings you choose across all your Windows 10 devices that you've signed in to with your Microsoft account.
To find Sync settings, select the Start , then select Settings > Accounts > Sync your setting

With OneDrive, you can sync files between your computer and the cloud, so you can get to them from anywhere.

Although Windows Easy Transfer is not available in Windows 10. However, Microsoft has partnered with Laplink to bring you PCmover Express—a tool for transferring selected files, folders, and more from your old Windows PC to your new Windows 10 PC.
