Cant prevent user sending via high risk delivery pool in O365

One of our users contacts clients on a daily basis, and all his mails are being sent via the HRDP. How do I remove this?

I have sent his email twice to not_******@office365.microsoft.com but no response yet and he is still routing via the HRDP.

How does one prevent outbound spam on O365? As the policy only "notifies" an admin, but nothing further? Cant really call it an outbound spam policy then can you?

    Hi Iry

All our domains are in the safe senders list. I have edited SPF records on our DNS etc and we still end up with the same result and have an issue with a user sending out of the HRDP.

Still without a response from the not_junk email address I have sent the sending address and example to though

    Hi Jay,

I understand you have tried twice to send the report. Before you get response from them, I suggest you add the affected user into the white list as a workaround.

    1. Go to Exchange admin center(EAC) with admin’s credential.
    2. Protection > spam filter.
    3. Choose the policy whose the priority is lowest and click allow lists.
    4. Add the user into sender allow list and save.

    Thanks,

    Iry

If you look at my comments in my original post I stated I had done this twice to no avail.

Not really helpful that since nothing happens when I do this
