GetServiceSasUriForContainer always returning 403 Forbidden erro

Question

Trying to generate the sas token on a container
Followed directions here : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/blobs/sas-service-create?tabs=dotnet#resources-for-development-with-net : Create a service SAS for a blob container

But this gives 403 .
