Hi , I need your help please

I don't can schedule my exam it returns the following message to me

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:

Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge

"ERROR_CANDIDATE_NOT_FOUND"

I've already contacted Pearson Vue support. And they asked to contact microsoft support because they are not finding my user on the system.

    Hi @Rafael Zanchetta ,

    as I wrote before: Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums - Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums
    This means Microsoft Training & Certification support is not monitoring Q&A actively.
