I guess you mean 16.1.29001.49 instead of 16.0.29001.49 right?
I checked the documents but only found 16.1.2900.49 version(build number) of VS. You can check this document: Release Dates and Build numbers and the related links/resources are provided there.
Besides, I am not really sure what you mean “the tool of VS”. Note: previous Community version of VS(16.1.2900.49) is not available, only the latest version of VS(Community) 2019 is available.
