This issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident TM147598 starting at 2018-09-04 10:53:44 (UTC). The user experience of this incident is: Users may be unable to view, open or create Microsoft Office documents within Microsoft Teams. Tenant administrators can view current information and updates on SHD at the link here:
