    Hi NuJer,

    Compared to Grant Access, Share has a bit more functionality.

    For “Grant Access”, you can only share the files you need to share with the people by email address. At the same time, you can choose to give this person permission for the file, for example, you can choose "Can view" or "Can edit". You can also notify someone by clicking the checkbox in front of "Notify People" when you share the file.

    For “Share”, you can you can share files with the people or groups you need to share with as same as “Grant Access”, however, you can click the drop down list to change the type of link. The Details pane opens, where you can change who can access the link and whether people can edit the item you’re sharing. You can also set expiration date. As shown below:

    At the same time, you can also click Copy link, the link is automatically copied to your clipboard. You can also select from the options for Who would you like this link to work for.
