    Thanks; clever idea. I do have a new 28" monitor but the resolution is already set to 3840 x 2160.

    Hmm, did you previously have a dual screen?  Sometimes the Properties window is hanging out there (even though it's not there).  Make sure you are under non-tabbed display and use Switch Windows on the Home tab to Cascade.

    Right. It was caused by the new display. I had to drag the property box in from the right edge, to expand it. Thanks again.
