When trying to View Quarantined Messages in Security and Compliance I get the Following error:

Request: /api/QuarantineMessage/QueryMessage

Status code: 500

Exception: Microsoft.Exchange.PswsClient.PswsException

Diagnostic information: {Version:16.00.2417.004,Environment:WUSPROD,DeploymentId:c0983b0d1472461b9ff0ba124ff8d443,InstanceId:WebRole_IN_1,SID:26917d53-5fce-4555-ad91-c8d779c85e41,CID:5e2f9c8d-1cae-43d9-b210-637f93f863be}

Time: 2018-07-02T15:25:25.3118581Z

I have tried this with different Browsers cleared all caches and from different networks.  Trying to view Quarantined Messages is the only place this happens.  I can view Quarantined messages in the old  Office Admin Center.

    Hi Richard,

Do you mean when using the new and improved Quarantine page in the Security & Compliance Center (Read about the new quarantine experience) the error message occurs? I tried to reproduce the issue on my side but failed. Please sign in the Admin account and navigate to Admin center> Health> Incidents to check if there are any items listed there. In the meantime, I’d like to collect the screenshot of the error message for further investigation.

    Best regards,

    Coldwell

Yes that is what I mean here is the screen shot. I don't see any incidents, but this has happened for quite a while for me in the new Security and Compliance site.  It is the only part of it that doesn't work for me so far.

    Hi Richard,

Thank you for your update. From my understanding, you have tried to change the network and use different browsers but no work. Since we couldn’t reproduce your issue, I’d like to narrow down this issue.

    1. Change another computer and try the operations to check if it works.
    2. I’d like to confirm the impact of this issue, may I know whether the other Global Admins in your organization have the same issue?
    3. Did you see any record in Admin center > Health > Incidents as Coldwell mentioned? If you did, please capture a screenshot of the details.
    4. Try to go directly to the Quarantine page in the Security & Compliance Center by the link https://protection.office.com/?hash=/quarantine

    Regards,

    Marvin

    1. Previously I have tried this from both office and home on 3 different computers and the same result on all.
    2. I added another user as a Global Admin and they are able to see everything with no problem, because of this I had my account removed as a global admin and removed all other roles other than user, waited until couldn't do anything in Office Admin and then added myself back in as a Global Admin with all of the same roles as the new Global Admin.  I still get the same error on viewing Quarantined messages.  The other Global Admin does not even when viewing from my computer.  I have tried Edge, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome all with the same result.  It would appear to be something with my account but I don't know what I can do at this point.

    There are no incidents reported.

Doesn't matter how I get there, it doesn't work.
