Excel files for the "Prepare data for analysis" COURSE

Hi

I just started the course mentioned above. In the "get data from files" section, you are using excel files. Where can I find these files?
Or is it so that you only need to read about it, and then do it after in the Lab section?

You can read through those lessons and later you will have a lab where an environment will be provided to you for practice and you will have to follow the instructions.
