Recover Onedrive Permanently Deleted Photos & Videos

Hi Community,

Recently my photos and videos on subfolders were all gone, without me deleting it. The subfolders stay in its place, but there were no photos and videos inside. I've checked online and offline onedrive, i've tried retrieving it, but nothing seems work. Since i didn't make any changes, i don't know when the photos were gone. Please help me if you find some useful tips on how to retrieve my photos & videos. I keep it nowhere else, just in Onedrive.

Hi Elise,

It hasn't solved my problem. I have tried and only 8 files found. There should be thousands of it. If possible, i'd like to recover from onedrive website.

Usually deleted items are stored in the recycle bin, you can check this by logging on to the OneDrive website, you will see the recycle bin on the left under your folders in the navigation menu.

Hi Elise,

Yes, i have checked my recycle bin and still i found nothing. When i checked to customer service, they said the files were deleted more than a month ago, so the files were not shown on the bin. 

Oddly, i didn’t delete or make any changes, and confused since i couldn’t restore the files from the bin.

Unfortunately then it is likely that it wouldn’t be possible to recovery these files now.
