Where to find Wireframe Templates on Visio online Plan 2

According to this source, there are Wireframe Templates for user interfaces available on Visio online plan 2:

Use Wireframe Templates to design websites and mobile apps

Create a wireframe diagram for user interfaces

Despite I have a licence for Visio online plan 2, I do not find Wireframe Templates on template gallery.

Note: this question is about Visio online plan 2, not about desktop version Visio 2019 . My organization has not approve yet to install Office 2019 on the company's computers and I need to create wireframes via online version.

Hi Pmgallardo_logista,

I understand you want to use Wireframe Templates in Visio web app(Visio online). Your subscription is Visio online plan 2.

Unfortunately we cannot create Wireframe Templates from Viso web app.

We can only create Wireframe templates in Visio desktop client.

I'd like to share with you following:

1.The articles you mentioned should be applied to Visio desktop applications, not Visio web app(Visio online).

The video in the article describes desktop version of Visio, not Visio web app.

If you check the information under articles' title, you will find "Visio web app" is not listed.

2.Visio desktop app which comes with Visio online plan 2 subscription is called "Microsoft Visio Online Plan 2", we can find it via File>Account>Product Information.

I will send you a private message containing all Wireframe templates, you may upload them to your OneDrive for business, then check if you can use and edit the templates in Visio web app.

Note: as we cannot directly create Wireframe templates from Visio web app, some features of Wireframe templates may not work in Visio web app.

In addition, if you have concern about it, I recommend sharing your valuable feedback to UserVoice, it is the best method to let the developers know your requirement and help improving the product.

Many thanks for you feedback and your very correct answer.

As this functionality is not yet available on Visio online, I have voted one existing suggestion in UserVoice as proposed by you:

Vision online Suggestion: Can you add some wireframe stencils?

It seems I have confused Visio web app with the licence called "Visio Online Plan 2", thinking that they both refer to online version exclusively. I guess that finding "Visio Online Plan 2" under the title of an article may be misdriving for some users like me, though once it is explained it may make sense.

Thanks for sharing with me the templates, I can open them but I find wireframe stencils missing.
