How do I adjust contrast - NOT brightness.

Text is too light adjusting brightness causes glare rather than sharpening text. Increasing font doesn't help either.

How do I adjust contrast to darken + sharpen text?

Thanks.

    Hi

Click your Start Button, then just type dccw and press Enter

That will open the screen calibration utility

Work through the steps and you will find the contrast setting, also on each page of that utility, choose the best and clearest settings for your screen

Then at the end of that process, you will be asked if you want to open Clear Type settings, tun that utility also and on each page, choose the darkest and clearest version of the text . . .

    Thank you very much.

I don't seem to have access to a contrast change but I was able to change the color mix - or whatever it's called - and that helped somewhat.

    I appreciate your help.

    Lisa
